Someone asked if I’d breakdown what I do every week, so here’s this coming week for me:
Sunday 2-26:
Progress photos (it’s been a month already!)
Cardio - C25K Week 6 Day 1
Circuit training & Squats
Monday 2-27:
Cardio- Resistance training 2%-15%, at least 35 minutes
Circuit training - Focus on arms and back
Tuesday 2-28:
Cardio - C25K Week 6 Day 2

The not-so Week 6 Day 1 of C25K
I just got home from the gym.
I can’t decide if I’m happy or annoyed, but i couldn’t to W6D1 of C25K there tonight.
Why?
Because my sweatpants are now so massively big on me that when I jog they basically fall off.

I went on Ebay today and bought a white board calendar and 4 1’x1’ cork tiles. I’m going to put them up in my room to make a fitness board to better track my gym habits. I’m so excited!!

Not much changed this week. I’m not posting my measurements because they’re exaaaactly the same as last week.

But I use it when I have too much homework to get to the gym.
This is my second time doing level 1 this month, and it surprised me again how sore I can get in 20 minutes. Oooooh, Jillian, how I loathe thee.

I just jogged for 20 minutes WITHOUT STOPPING ONCE!!!!

C25K Week 5, Day 2 (Kind of)
So, when I do the C25K’s, I use the C25K app on my itouch. Well, today I went to use it and my touch screen DOESN’T WORK. It was awful and I wouldn’t get to my applications.
So, I’d kind of looked over the week, and thought I remembered it, so here’s what I did:
Warm up - 5 minutes @ 3.5 mph
Jogging - 8 minutes @ 5mph
Walk - 3 min @ 3.5mph
Jog - 5 min @ 5mph
...
