I’M SO NERVOUS!!!! My workouts have been awesome, but my eating…not so great and fluctuating. It’s been an emotional week which sometimes means I forget to eat and sometimes means I overeat. I hit both sides of it this week. So, we’ll see.

March goals:
Go to the gym at least 5 times a week.
Run 20 miles total this month.
Get at least 7 hours of sleep at night.
Have a water bottle with me at all times

C25K Week 6, Day 1
Aka the woooorst run I’ve had since starting C25K
I mean, I finished it. but it was just a rough, rough run. I wanted to stop and it was awful to just keep going. This was for a couple reasons, I think:
1. I didn’t sleep well last night
2. I didn’t drink hardly any water today

Another girl that I graduated with died last night
There’ve been 5 in the last 5 months. I’m not sure if this one was an accidental OD or suicide, but it’s so, so tragic. Too many parents burying their children, and too many kids that society has made feel like they don’t matter.

I just got home from the gym.
I can’t decide if I’m happy or annoyed, but i couldn’t to W6D1 of C25K there tonight.
Why?
Because my sweatpants are now so massively big on me that when I jog they basically fall off.
