C25K Week 5, Day 2 (Kind of)

So, when I do the C25K’s, I use the C25K app on my itouch. Well, today I went to use it and my touch screen DOESN’T WORK. It was awful and I wouldn’t get to my applications.

So, I’d kind of looked over the week, and thought I remembered it, so here’s what I did:

Warm up - 5 minutes @ 3.5 mph

Jogging - 8 minutes @ 5mph

Walk - 3 min @ 3.5mph

Jog - 5 min @ 5mph

Walk - 3 min @ 3.5mph

Jog - 8 min @ 5mph

Cool down - 5 min @ 3.5mph

I just got home and looked at the actual plan, and it’s really supposed to be 5min walk, 8min jog, 5min walk, 8min jog, 5min walk.

So I did 5 extra minutes of jogging today, and I got through it really well!!!!
