So, you've only lost ELEVEN pounds and that's enough for your sweatpants to fall off and for your boobs to look drastically different? Wow. :O I've lost five and I'm like...meh. Feel the same as before -_-

No, actually. I’ve lost 11 pounds since I started weighing myself regularly. I started working out and jogging a month before I started tracking. My best guess is that I’ve lost something around 18 pounds since the beginning, and it seems like most of it has come off my waist/hips. I haven’t lost any weight in my chest. I think she made that comment because, to her at least, they look ‘better’ because my waist has lost weight.

It can definitely be frustrating at first. But I notice more difference in inches lost rather than weight loss. And the weight training in addition to cardio has helped a ton.
