Ooooh my gosh, I just went on this and about cried when I saw mine. That was so, so motivating
Love this sight so muchRight so this is based on me eating 1200 calries a day and exercising moderately 3-5 days a week. The website was this: http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal.php
In actual fact I exercise strenuously 6-7 days, but this website, of course, does not allow for slip-ups along the way, so I entered it in as less exercise. Try entering your stats, I found it so motivational to look at those numbers and think about the fact that I could see those numbers on a scale before too long. I agree with the whole ‘you are not a number’ thing, etc, and visual changes are more important, but this is helpful to me :)
