Sunday 2-26:

Progress photos (it’s been a month already!)

Cardio - C25K Week 6 Day 1

Circuit training & Squats

Monday 2-27:

Cardio- Resistance training 2%-15%, at least 35 minutes

Circuit training - Focus on arms and back

Tuesday 2-28:

Cardio - C25K Week 6 Day 2

Circuit training - Focus on abs and legs

Wednesday 2-29:

9:45am - Yen Yoga. 1 hour

1:15pm - Yoga. 1 hour

Thursday 3-1:

Weigh-in

11:00am - Yoga. 1 hour

8:15pm - Yen Yoga. 1 hour

Friday 3-2:

C25K Week 6 Day 3

Saturday 3-3:

Rest? Or light circuits
